Kenneth Hirschberg 
President and CEO

Ken is the President and CEO of Kencal Maintenance, a White Plains based commercial janitorial cleaning and maintenance company providing services throughout the Northeast Region.  Founded in 1974, provides janitorial services to over 20,000,000+ square feet of commercial office space, hotels, medical facilities, and mixed-use properties.   Ken has expanded Kencal from a small, family owned business, to an industry leader in janitorial services operating in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania.  In 2018, Ken was presented with the Family-Owned Business Award for Westchester and Fairfield Counties.  Ken attributes his success to his philosophy of providing the customer with personalized service while leveraging today’s modern technology to stay ahead of the curve.  This dedication is what has grown Kencal into a 550 employee, multi-million-dollar company over the last 49 years.  Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pace University.

Jared Hirschberg
President and CEO of Kencal Painting, LLC

Jared is the President and CEO of Kencal Painting LLC, a division of Kencal Maintenance.  He joined Kencal Maintenance in 2014 overseeing post-construction cleaning projects and commercial building accounts.  In 2016, Jared founded Kencal Painting, LLC, which has grown to a multi-million-dollar company.  With over 40 professional, OSHA trained painters, Jared has expanded Kencal Painting’s services throughout the Northeast with projects ranging from Class A office buildings to new construction.  He also has clients across the medical facilities, retail, and industrial warehouse industry.  As owner of Kencal Painting, Jared oversees the entire operation of the company.  He graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Business Marketing and Management.


Robin Hirschberg
Vice President of Sales

Robin Hirschberg is the Vice President of Sales for Kencal Maintenance since 1986.  She is responsible for commercial sales and post-construction cleaning projects.  She manages more than 15,000,000 square feet of post-construction cleaning accounts, while continuing to develop new accounts across Kencal's janitorial services business for several industries including universities and major office parks.  Robin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education at the State University College of Buffalo. 

Ben Campos
Senior Vice President

Ben is the Senior Vice President of Kencal Maintenance and has been with the company since 2019.  Ben brings over 30 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry as it relates to sales and operational management.  He has held management positions with Initial Cleaning Contractors, ISS, and Harvard Maintenance.  Ben is currently responsible for commercial business development and the management of operations for the Northeast.  Ben attended the Pan American School of Business, studying Business Management.  He is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).


Rick Storey
Controller/Payroll Director

Rick is the Controller and Payroll Director of Kencal Maintenance and has been with the company for 33 years.  In addition to his accounting responsibilities, he also provides job costing estimates for the sales team and manages the financial reporting to Executive Management.  Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pace University.

Mary Cintron
Director of Purchasing

Mary is the Director of Purchasing for Kencal Maintenance Corporation.  She has been with the company for 27 years.  She is responsible for purchasing cleaning and building supplies for our customers.  Mary also manages collections, union accounts, workmen’s compensation and liability claims.  She is also Notary Public for Kencal businesses.  Mary received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Westchester Business Institute.


Jeannie Milo 
Account Representative

Jeannie is an Account Representative with Kencal Maintenance and ensures the highest level of customer service is given to our accounts.  She has been with the company for 15 years but has been in the janitorial services industry for over 30.  Jeannie leverages her experience to ensure that the flow of communication between the customer and Operations Management is seamless.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mercy College.

Jennifer Brooks
Staff Accountant/HR Manager

Jennifer is the Staff Accountant and Human Resources Manager at Kencal Maintenance since 2021.  She is responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payables, billing and AMEX reconciliation.  Jennifer also manages Human Resources at Kencal.  As part of her HR responsibility, Jennifer ensures that mandated federal and state regulatory requirements are adhered to.  Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Florida.

Juan Lopez
Director of  Operations

Juan is the Director of Operations of Kencal Maintenance.  He has been with Kencal since 1985 and began his career as a cleaner.  He is responsible for hiring and supervising Kencal Maintenance Operations employees and overseeing all construction projects.  Juan prepares estimates for construction projects, as well as other business opportunities.

Pablo Ronquillo
Manager of Operations

Pablo is an Operations Manager for Kencal Maintenance with nearly 30 years of experience.  He supervises all evening account activity and employees to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  He responds to client complaints and implements solutions to correct the problem.  Pablo interviews and hires new employees, as well as assists in new employee training classes.  Pablo also oversees the route supervisors responsible for account activity during the evenings.  He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecuador. 

Jorge Henao
Manager of Operations

Jorge is an Operations Manager with Kencal Maintenance and has been here for over 10 years. He is responsible for maintaining inventory in Kencal’s warehouse and dispensing supplies and equipment to the cleaning staff.  He maintains all equipment to ensure good operational condition.  Jorge is responsible for hosting training courses for all Kencal employees to ensure all personnel meet the most recent training requirements.  He assists in interviewing and hiring new employees, as well as overseeing daily and nightly cleaning accounts.  Jorge is also responsible for vehicle maintenance.

Yobanny Avila
Operations Manager - Kencal Painting

Yobanny is an Operations Manager for Kencal Painting and brings over 20 years of experience to the business.  Yobanny was one of the first painters to be employed by Kencal Painting and shortly became a key asset to the daily operations of the company.  He supervises painters onsite, estimates material requirements and maintains the schedule.  Yobanny is the liaison between the customer and Kencal Management and ensures top tier customer satisfaction.
